Order Fulfillment Policy

Local Search 360 offers digital marketing services, including local SEO, analytics reporting, content creation, and performance tracking. All deliverables are provided electronically through email or secure online platforms as specified during onboarding.

  • Delivery Timeline: Deliverables and project timelines are outlined in the service agreement. Typical timelines vary based on the scope and complexity of the project but are communicated clearly at the start of the engagement.
  • Service Updates: Clients will receive regular updates and progress reports during the service period to ensure visibility into the fulfillment process.
  • No Physical Shipping: As a digital services provider, Local Search 360 does not involve any physical shipping or handling of goods.

 

Refund Policy

At Local Search 360, all services provided are non-tangible and irrevocable, and therefore refunds are not typically issued once the initial 30 days of the project are complete. The start date is defined as the day the first payment is received.

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases within the first 30 days of service. To request a refund, please email support@localsearch360.com with your concerns. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be processed.

 

Return Policy and Process

Cancellation Policy

    • For subscription services, cancellations must be made at least 15 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
    • For project-based services, cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement. Work completed before the cancellation date is non-refundable.

Shipping or Delivery Policy

Since Local Search 360 exclusively provides digital services, no physical goods are shipped. All project deliverables, such as SEO reports, analytics data, or optimized content, are delivered electronically to the email address or platform designated by the client during onboarding.
